Do you have a community, school, or church group who is interested in what they can do to develop Healthy Screen Habits? Contact us to discuss having a speaker come to your event.
Helping you gain Healthy Screen Habits is our number one goal. As educators and practitioners, we provide insight and expertise in the field of digital well-being.
Our HSH presenters are skilled in providing current research and information that will broaden your awareness. By the end of the presentation or workshop, you will be empowered to make lasting changes in your tech use. You will have the tools you need to have a better relationship with your technology.
From brand new parents to parents of teens who already have their own smartphones, our presentations can help you navigate parenting in this digital world. We offer topics on raising kids in the digital age, such as the following:
Teens and tweens may know how to operate most technology but that doesn't mean they have the skills to use tech wisely. Our presentations give them the information they need to understand what's happening in their brains, how emotions play a role in their tech use, and ways to navigate the digital world safely:
Teachers, administrators, and other community leaders will benefit from the research and instruction we provide in our presentations. From understanding how tech companies are manipulating our brains, to how social media are stunting our human-to-human interactions, we provide educators the tools they need to serve their communities better.
This 2-day workshop is specially tailored to meet teens where they're at in their technology use. Taught in person at the school site, students answer questions, collaborate, and create a plan for personalized tech wellness.
